Co-Founder & CEO

With 40 years of experience in the defense industry—including 23 as an active-duty Air Force officer—Rich knew the complexities of turning plans into successful outcomes. But in 2021, when his wife was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and later suffered a debilitating hemorrhagic stroke, he came to understand something more profound: no matter how well you plan, life happens. That realization led to the creation of EPIC—an AI platform designed to help event planners not only to plan effectively but also to manage risks and unexpected contingencies when life takes a turn.

Clara, a Data Scientist, brings her expertise in technology and innovation to power the digital infrastructure of EPIC. Before co-founding Epic Event Solutions, Clara earned recognition for her work supporting the U.S. Air Force acquisitions community, where she designed and implemented AI driven solutions to forecast cost and schedule challenges for multi-billion-dollar programs.
